I wish you had left up your original Peppermint White Russian recipe along with this one (the one with Baileys and peppermint schnapps)! Even if it wasn’t a “real” White Russian, the recipe was delicious and I’ve made that cocktail every Christmas for the past who-knows-how-many years! Now I wish I had written it down. Maybe you can share it again?
