I like the vanilla Oreos so much better than the chocolate. I’m going to go with vanilla Oreos, milk chocolate, buttercream frosting and Werther’s harperimenting d caramels (toffee) instead of peppermint candy. If they don’t turn out, I’ll keep experimenting.

I’ve loved these truffles for years but I’ve never used a recipe. I used to just dump the whole package of Oreos in the food processor, but package sizes have changed so much that I needed a recipe. I knew I could count on Emma to guide me! I can’t wait to make some with a Valentine’s theme this next week to share with family and friends. I found some tiny red heart sprinkles to decorate them with. Thanks so much, ABM!
