Fantastic!! I have made this with iced molasses oatmeal and Lorna Doone cookies and both were amazing! Next up will be nilla wafers and cinnamon graham crackers, I just haven’t decided which one to do first! Thank you for this recipe.

A stick of butter is 8 tablespoons, 1/2 a cup, and 4 fluid ounces. So, half a stick would be 4 TBL, 1/4 cup or 2 oz.

In two days, the oreo turned fudgy, which reminded me that they make great cake balls, and the other two got thick enough that they would be hard to dip. I’m planning to give these as gifts and have to assume the recipients won’t eat them all in one sitting. 🙂 Any suggestions appreciated!
